I'm probably stressing for no reason but I am nervous because it's new to me.
I have a realtor that I mow a yard for. She contacted me 2 days ago and she is about to put a house on the market and wants me to do sod, mulch, and light clean up. Mulch bed is only a yard and clean up I have to see, but i'm not nervous about that.
It's the sod job. I've never done a sod job and I don't have the means of using a cutter and hauling out the old by myself.
I have 2 options at this moment....
1st sod bid/job and I'm nervous.
