Parking lot sweeping/cleaning

I do a few parking lots each spring to get sand from winter out. Im am curious to what others use to do so. Mine are smaller in the past have done with a handheld leaf blower, power broom on a trimmer, broom shovel and garbage cans. Usually goes pretty well one lot is empty when I do it other always has cars so i blow out under them to the middle. No cars blow to curb edges.I have thought about a push sweep such as those made for forklift but as i only do few lots its bit expensive any...
