looking at buying bed redefiner

So basically i found this older brown bed definer, its got the fixed wheels not the steerable ones which has me concerned. guys asking $500 bucks for it. Im trying to find out if it comes with blade or not, since there about 175 alone. think its a good buy? new prices are ridiculous. and will i still be able to do the basic curved beds with this one no problem?
