Redmax Reciprocator

I was looking at purchasing a redmax reciprocator but before I spent $700, I wanted to see if anyone has used one recently. I looked a couple older threads but wanted to see if anyone has gotten one since. My primary use for it will be touching up mulch beds during weekly lawn maintenance on higher end properties, I currently have a echo bed redefiner, but have found a straight shovel does a better job when do the initial edge.
