What happened is we did regular lawn maintenance (mow, edge, line trim, blow), chemically treat bed weeds, lay pine straw in small bed and removal some crap from his backyard and dispose of at landfill. He expected us to clear out YEARS worth of fallen debris (leaves and straw)...
