Opinions needed on two pieces of equipment

I am in need of a power rake or a machine like one that will do seeding. I'm well aware of the bluebird and classen power rakes that have a box seeder in the front of them, but I'm looking for something a little tougher and will prep the dirt a little heavier than just a power rake.

Second piece of equipment I'm looking for is a walk behind soil pulverisor. We have 3 box rakes for our tractors but I need something for small spots that I can walk behind.
