On a project that i am in the process Landscaping, the neighbors house caught on fire. During the fire fighting efforts, the area where i was in the process of installing drip irrigation, the 1 gallon Lantana's got flooded with water and foam.( only partial view of planted area)
My concern is from the run off, should i assume that the water was...
