New construction grass that was seeded in March/April is dying. Not sure if it was just not watered enough or watered too much or has some sort of fungus but is really dying. Construction company waited a pretty long time to mow it first. It was quite matted down before it was first mowed. Now has a lot of dead spots, weeds, and thatch build up.
I am attaching photos to see if anyone can pinpoint the problem or have any advice as to what to do next in order to save it or if it needs...
