Price to lay down mulch?

I have to quote out this huge mulch job come this Spring. She wants 22 yards of mulch. I already know the price of the mulch delivered, however, what do you think is a fair rate to charge per hour, or a set fee to lay down the mulch and cleanup when over. She said she just needs all the leaves removed from the bed, no weeding or edging required.

I usually charge an hourly rate of about $65/hr. Fair, or should I be higher? lower? I'll have at least 4-5 people helping me with this job.
