Pricing help: Removal of mature red-tip trees.

One of my regulars wants to remove about 25-28 of her mature red-tip trees. The area is open and accessible by any piece of equipment. Trunk, branches and roots need to be hauled away. Trees are approximately 28-30' tall and drip line is probably 12 feet wide, trunks vary but are 6-9" diameter.

The hauling away is the part that is getting me. I don't have a dump truck big enough and really I think it would require an 18 wheeler with a dump trailer. Are there any other options?
