Where do you get your miscellaneous supplies from?

I have a quote for a mulch job and I suggested on part to have a border next to sidewalk and use one of those border rolls. I was at Lowes and seen a 20' roll for $10. I only need 13' and was thinking of just charging $15.

Any other places that might be cheaper?
