man hours to create stone beds

Hi all,

Does anyone have an estimate for how many hours it takes to make a stone bed with shovels and wheelbarrows? I need to move about 5 tons around a small property and make several beds and I'm unsure how long this will take. Is .5 ton per hour reasonable, too easy, too hard?
