I need some sound advice from experienced well established professionals!
We have been working for a HOA (condo association) for 6 years now. For the first I'd say 3 or 4 years/seasons they contracted all landscape maintenance & landscaping work through us. I over bid one landscaping project last year or the season prior and we have not been asked to bid anything further.
At any rate, last season (2016), the association cut out any shrub trimming & pruning from our contract....
