Land Clearing: How to charge?

I've never cleared land before, but it's the direction I want to take my business. However, I don't know how long it'll take or how to quote for it.

Here's the job breakdown:

• Clearing 5,000 sq ft of light woods (big trees are staying, I'm only clearing the brush and leaves and trees that are 1-3 inches thick)

• Cutting down 12 small trees, about 20' high and 4-5 inches thick

• Rough grading/scraping the 5,000 sq ft. to remove any roots and lumps from the ground
