Pine-Straw Blower

Has anyone seen/made a Pine-Straw Blower? Like the Mulch/Bark Blower, those look pretty sweet & effienient! I don't/rarely install Mulch, but I do Install A good bit of Pine-Straw. I also have a fellow LCO that sells a good bit of Pine-Straw, so we could offer to rent this Pine-Straw Blower to other LCOs to make some money off of it also.
I was thinking something like a leaf loader without the mulcher. I also saw this video & it looks pretty creative, I just need some details on it.
