I have a new customer that was refered by a friend that had a narrow 2ft wide strip around her home that has medium sized river rock...she wants it raked out and replaced with mulch...it doesnt seem like it was previously installed in a good amount bc you can see the cloth under it everywhere....seems like whoever did it for her went cheap...I've only done mowing and etc and never done this before for a customer...how do you go about pricing it?
