Slit seeding And aerating large property $ ?

Have a customer with 2 full acres 87 thousand sq ft , irrigated . he is looking for a price to core aerate, fert AND slit seed . Plus he wants to kill off the weedy areas with round up . ( about 1/3 of the property ) . Curious as to what others would charge an how long they think it will take . Its sandy loam ,mostly flat , medium sun , minimal trees . He wants it heavy on seed .

I figure 6 bags seed , and 10 bags of fert . Transition blend seed from site one
