Alright, So I was at the dealer picking up some stuff when I saw a can of Stihl trimmer spray. Its an aerosol spray that says it cleans sap / resin from cutter heads. We always get a build up so I figured why not. Got home and sprayed an old unit, let it sit for an hour and it seems like the stuff really does clean off the sap. Nice.
