Is there a decent dwarf bamboo?

I’m looking for a dwarf bamboo that can be easily maintained at 3 feet tall or less. This is for a rectangular raised bed that should serve very well to contain the plant.I would like to do a mass planting of them so that they would make a confluent, modern look. Thoughts?

Full sun. Zone 8a.
