Thinning Bermuda over construction debris. Need advice please

I apologize for my first post being so long. I’m just trying to incMy personal front lawn is Bermuda sod. Approx 15 years old. Last couple of years I have struggled to keep an approx 100 sq foot section of sod in the center of the yard in the same condition as surrounding lawn.
