Hello all,
Giving a Land Care estimate for a couple moving into a well manicured property. They want me to remove a freshly put in fence and just plant grass. There are 8 4/4 posts that need to be removed, but it's in a tight spot.
Question: Do I need to remove entire post and cement block or can I cut them off, flush to ground, add topsoil and seed. Huge difference in pricing.
Any suggestions would be appreciated,
