I have a client for whom I do landscape maintenance. English is not her first language, and she often calls me to check on her sprinkler system and koi pond/water feature. I typically say, "Yeah, you need a sprinkler/pond guy" and give her a contact number for someone. I think that she is shy about calling these people because of the language barrier. It seems that she has used several sprinkler guys in the past and can never keep up with who that is.
