Well my question is, in theory I have seen leaf vacs that were ”homemade “...so if it can suck up leaves and blow them in the container....it seems feasible that if you had a quick connect type of set up could you vacuum mulch from a truck and have a hose on the other end and now have a mulch blower.... I might be way off here....but.......
