Anybody out there have large plantings of ornamental grasses to maintain? Our new aesthetic is climate adapted, low-maintenance meadows and native shrubs and we now have plantings that are up to 3 acres of grasses instead of turf. When it comes to cutting them down for rejuvenation it gets labor intensive with hedge shears and such. Especially when they're not flat, squarish areas and have raised sprinkler heads.
