Need plant suggestions

I’m looking for an evergreen shrub that is shaped similar to an Emerald Green arb that can be easily maintained at 3-4’ tall with pruning and a PGR. This is for full sun.

I’ve thought about compacta holly, Dee Runk boxwood,Green Mountain boxwood, Cranberry Creek boxwood.
