Identifying types of grass

I’m not that great at identifying turf grasses. I posted two pictures, yards are neighboring. One yard looks great, dark green thick grass with a broader blade. The other has a finer blade and has a yellow look to it.
Can someone please tell me what types of grass is in each yard? I’m in western PA. I believe both recieve 5-6 lawn applications per year.
