I’ve been asked to get some options together for this lawn at an apartment complex. We’ve had a rough couple months with heat and scarce rain in southern Ontario, this lawn has irrigation and I was told it was on every day during the heat wave(s). When I looked it over it’s still very dry and doesn’t take much to peel it up.
So the property owner asked about power raking and hydro seeding it as opposed to slice seeding.
What are you guys thoughts on this?...
