Whose doing full-service maintenance for Large Condos? We do a lot of HOA's with single-family houses but this is a complex of 9 buildings 1-2BR apartments 194 units plus clubhouse, brand new 31M project. I am in a relatively high priced market in Colorado. I am bidding on year-round service to include mowing, irrigation, fert, annuals, tree pruning x 130 new trees and snow removal which would be hourly.
